Codex and ChatGPT Work users got another extra usage reset on Thursday. Tibo Sottiaux had posted 'Extra reset. Lands tomorrow before 10am PST,' and the reset trackers record it landing at 06:55 UTC on October 22 — 11:55pm Pacific on Wednesday night, well ahead of the promised deadline.

The extra reset is separate from Day 17's reset in Tibo's 28-day ship-or-reset challenge, which landed on Wednesday. QuotaWire counts 89 verified extra resets in its record, with a typical gap of about 43 hours between them.

As of this sweep, the challenge's numbered Day 18 post had not yet appeared on the codex-resets tracker, which still showed Day 18 as 'Waiting for Tibo.' Whether the early extra reset is Day 18's entry or an additional one on top of it should become clear when the numbered post lands.
