Google extends its $0.47-per-agency Gemini OneGov deal into November

Google extended its OneGov agreement offering Gemini to federal agencies at $0.47 per agency per year, now running through November 15 instead of expiring September 30, according to the GSA's OneGov site. A Google spokesperson declined to add further detail.

With the extension, all three OneGov partnerships set to expire at the end of September are continuing in some form: Anthropic extended its $1-per-user Claude access through October 31, and OpenAI has a new OneGov partnership starting October 1 offering agencies a 50% usage-based discount on ChatGPT models.

The extension arrived the same day the Trump administration unveiled America.gov, its federal AI chatbot powered by Gemini and Grok, with a companion executive order directing agencies to wire public-facing services into the portal.
