Cursor ships Rollouts deploy-watcher and a faster Security Review bot
Cursor shipped two automated bots for Teams and Enterprise customers on September 23, aimed at what it calls "the last mile of shipping code." Rollouts watches deployments per pull request: it reads the diff, identifies which systems a change touches, and writes a monitoring plan as a PR comment listing the risks, intended effects, and signals it will check. After deploy, it compares live metrics against a pre-deploy baseline and reports one of three verdicts — verified healthy, regression detected, or inconclusive. On a regression it names the suspected change and can open a revert PR for review or hand the finding to a cloud agent for a fix.
Alongside it, Security Review got faster: it now scans every PR in 3.8 minutes on average, down from 4.8, reading each change in the context of the full codebase and posting a single review comment with severity, attack path, and proposed fix. Cursor says engineer acceptance of its findings rose from 45-50% to 60-70%.
Cursor is including free trial credits for 10 days — roughly 50 changes for Teams, 500 for Enterprise — with both bots activating from the automations tab in the Cursor dashboard. The launch continues Cursor's September push from code editor into agent orchestration platform, following Projects, the coordinator-agent system that plans work and delegates it to fleets of subagents.
