Muse's traction keeps climbing. Sensor Tower estimates the app has now passed 3.4 million downloads since its September 8 launch, and daily active users climbed 27% on Wednesday after Meta Connect wrapped — before the full Connect bump has even been counted.

Wall Street has noticed. Meta shares are up 36% in September, on pace for the stock's best month since July 2013 and nearing a $2 trillion valuation, Bloomberg reported. JPMorgan raised its price target to $920, judging Muse could become "the most widely used consumer AI application since ChatGPT."

Not everyone is sold: an Oppenheimer survey found only 8% of Americans would trust Meta to store passwords for other apps, versus 30% for Google — a headwind for an agent that needs deep access to be useful.
